APRIL 2025 MARKET WATCH for the GTA
Looking at the latest numbers from our local real estate market:
- Average selling price: $1,107,463 (down 4.1% from April 2024)
- New listings are up! 18,836 properties hit the market (an 8.1% increase from last year)
- Total transactions have decreased significantly to 5,601 (down 23.3% from April 2024)
- Days on market increased to 25 (up 31.6% compared to 19 days last April)
